THE ASUTIL CONFERENCE is the most respected and informative Duty Free meeting for the Latin American and Caribbean region. Exhibitors at this unique event will have the opportunity to display their products to the key retailers in the region.

INFORMATION ON EXHIBITION AREA


Exhibition stands will be located in the Gran Salón Bávaro. Total area for individually built displays must not exceed 6 square meters, floor space only. Exhibitors must use the space to build their own stand.

EXHIBITION PACKAGE


It includes one power point, one desk and three chairs. With prior consent from the organizers, the exhibitors may promote and/or distribute gifts during the opening hours. Note: Nothing can be hanged, tacked, nailed, taped or otherwise.

EXHIBITION TIMES


Official opening hours:
Wed 12th) 8 am to 7 pm :: Thur 13th) 8:30 am to 7 pm :: Fri 14th) 8:30 am to 1:00 pm

Set up: Tuesday 11th - 4 pm to 8 pm
Dismantle: Friday 14th - 1 pm to 5 pm

SECURITY


The organizers will provide a security guard to secure the exhibition area after official opening hours, but if the exhibitors leave anything in their stands, they will do so at their own risk. Neither the organizers nor the hotel will accept any responsibility for damages and stolen or missing personal items left in the stand after the opening hours. Please be security conscious. Do not leave any valuable or easily portable items unattended at any time.

EXHIBITOR´S RESPONSIBILITY


Exhibitor´s are fully responsible for clearing their own products through the Customs of República Dominicana and must accept responsibility for the safety of their merchandise in shipping. Due to storage space limitations, packages may only be directly delivered to the hotel two days prior to the event. Each exhibitor can deliver a maximum of 10 boxes. Please note that any damages caused to the hotel will be charged to the exhibitor.

You will receive a confirmation email, please be sure to send right away the Stand Reservation Credit Card Form in order to complete your reservation. You should fax it to (598) 2628-2643 or send it by email to Inés Sisto Patrón After processing your data we will contact you to confirm that the reservation process has been completely fulfilled.
